Grounded in expertise across business development, human resources and public relations, the consultancy blends strategic insight with creativity to help small businesses and startups grow with clarity and confidence. Its work draws on a strong foundation in fair and ethical workplace culture, business development, and leadership coaching —disciplines that together shape a balanced, people-focused approach to business growth.
With extensive experience gained both in-house and as an independent consultant, the founder has guided startups and established SMEs in refining strategy, building culture, and expressing brand identity with authenticity and impact.

Venture Firefly was built with a clear purpose: to help businesses grow through cultures rooted in fairness, dignity and respect. That commitment comes not only from professional expertise, but from lived experience.
The foundation here is based upon lived experience the founder themselves encountered within their own career history working in environments where discrimination, gender bias and workplace bullying were allowed to take hold. Knowing first hand what it feels like to be overlooked, spoken down to, excluded or made to feel “less than” in a space where everyone should be valued. Those experiences reinforced the passion in believing that no workplace should function that way, not for anyone. And so Venture Firefly informs a consultancy approach that goes far beyond policies and ticking the boxes. It's about creating fair, inclusive and ethical work environments.
